Different equestrian items (like saddles, boots, or feed) required unique details. Without structure, listings risked being incomplete or inconsistent, making it harder for buyers to find the right products.
Leveraging our E-commerce Development expertise, we built dynamic categories with custom form fields. When sellers choose a category, only the relevant fields load—ensuring every listing is accurate, detailed, and searchable.
The platform didn’t have its own logistics system, making shipping charges, label generation, and tracking complex for sellers.
Integrated Royal Mail, Evri, and TrackingMore APIs. The system auto-calculates shipping charges, generates labels for sellers, and simplifies tracking, keeping the workflow lightweight and reliable.
Equipt had to follow GDPR rules, giving users control of their data while still keeping records for orders and disputes. Without this, there was a risk of non-compliance and lost trust.
Added consent at signup, options to delete or export data, encrypted storage, and anonymized records to stay compliant while keeping operations smooth.
Managing seller earnings was complex. The platform needed a secure way to transfer funds, handle refunds, and ensure sellers had full visibility of their transactions. Without this, payouts could be delayed or disputed.
Through our Mobile App Development solution and integration expertise, we integrated Stripe Connect for seller accounts. Sellers can safely link their bank details, track their earnings in real time, and receive direct payouts. Refunds and disputes are also synced through Stripe, keeping all transactions accurate and transparent.
