Job Description

Technource is hiring a Data Researcher / Lead Generator to identify international clients from portals like Freelancer, Upwork, and LinkedIn. The role involves extracting accurate data (especially personal phone numbers) relevant to IT services like Web & Mobile Development, AI, IoT, etc. Strong research skills and data accuracy are key — communication or presentation skills are not a priority. Experience in lead generation for IT or lead-gen companies is preferred.

Describe Skill and Experience

Experience in international lead generation or data mining for IT services.
Strong hands-on knowledge of platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator.
Ability to extract accurate and valid contact details of clients, especially phone numbers and decision-maker info.
Clear understanding of different client types (startup, SME, enterprise) and project types (fixed, dedicated, monthly retainer).
Capable of identifying quality prospects by judging company potential and requirement type.
Smart and detail-focused mindset to follow exact instructions and deliver precise outputs.
English fluency and communication skills are not mandatory; data clarity and research accuracy are prioritized.
Should have worked with or supported sales teams focused on international B2B services.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience with product/service-based IT companies or lead generation agencies.
