  • Basic understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and similar channels, along with how brands communicate online.

  • Ability to create simple and engaging content ideas that highlight company culture, technology insights, and team activities.

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva or similar platforms for creating basic visual content.

  • Basic understanding of short-form content formats such as reels, carousels, stories, and short videos.

  • Ability to write clear and engaging captions with proper grammar and tone.

  • Interest in learning how to plan and manage social media content calendars.

  • Awareness of current social media trends and digital content formats.

  • Good communication skills, creativity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
