Technource is looking for a Fresher or Junior IT Recruiter who is passionate about identifying top talent and excited to grow in the fast-paced world of IT recruitment. You’ll work closely with senior HR and hiring managers to understand various technical roles and help build a strong team across technologies like Laravel, Node.js, React, Flutter, and more. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in a company focused on innovation, process, and technology.
  • Understanding of IT technologies and job roles (e.g., Developer, QA, BA, PM, Designer, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of frontend & backend tech stacks like PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, React, etc.
  • Ability to screen candidates through resumes and initial conversations to judge relevance
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi — both verbal and written
  • Willingness to learn about technical job descriptions and adapt quickly to changing hiring needs
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc., is a plus
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and an ability to manage follow-ups
  • Proactive and eager to grow in technical hiring and HR coordination
