Technource is offering an opportunity for an IT Recruiter Intern who is interested in starting their career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in identifying technical talent, understanding IT job roles, and supporting the hiring process in a fast-paced technology company.

  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies such as Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.

  • Ability to assist in resume screening and initial candidate communication to evaluate candidate relevance for technical roles.

  • Interest in learning about IT recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and hiring workflows.

  • Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms is an added advantage.

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with confidence in interacting with candidates.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up ability, and willingness to learn recruitment coordination.

  • Internship Duration: 4 to 6 months
