Job Description

Technource is seeking an experienced and self-driven Business Analyst (BA) with strong communication skills and hands-on expertise in requirement gathering for web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working across multiple industries and managing client interactions independently within a service-based company environment.

Describe Skill and Experience

Must have worked in service-based companies, handling multiple projects and clients.
Proven domain experience in FinTech, Real Estate, Education, and E-commerce or similar sectors.
Ability to communicate directly with clients (written & spoken English must be excellent) and finalize project requirements independently — no need for senior BA or PM involvement.
Strong proficiency in preparing documentation such as Scope of Work (SOW), BRD, FRS/FSD, SRS/SRD, and wireframes.
Hands-on experience in writing requirements for both Web and Mobile Application projects.
Ability to lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design sessions with clients and internal teams.
Experience in coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, execution, and sign-off.
Working knowledge of wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Should have a good understanding of technology stacks to recommend suitable tech solutions based on project needs.
Awareness or exposure to modern technologies like AI, Blockchain, and IoT is an added advantage.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and client communications independently and proactively.
