Senior / Team Lead Full-Stack Developer

Technource is looking for a Senior / Team Lead Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development. The candidate should currently be working with modern JavaScript technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, ReactJS, or Next.js and should be capable of independently handling complete web application development. Candidates with a Laravel background are also welcome, provided they have been actively working in JavaScript full-stack development for at least the last 1+ year.

• Strong hands-on full-stack development experience with practical expertise in both backend and frontend development using technologies such as Node.js / NestJS and ReactJS / Next.js.
• Strong working knowledge of TypeScript, including typed application development, interfaces, generics, reusable structures, and maintaining clean, scalable code.
• Candidates coming from a Laravel background can also be considered, provided they have at least 1+ year of recent hands-on JavaScript full-stack experience.
• Must have experience building complete web applications, including frontend interfaces, backend APIs, database integration, authentication, third-party integrations, and production-ready functionality.
• Strong understanding of clean coding, reusable architecture, code reviews, performance optimization, and scalable application development. Architecture-level or solution-design experience will be an added advantage.
• Practical awareness of DevOps workflows including deployments, CI/CD, environments, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure is good to have.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools / AI agents for development, code review, debugging, or productivity improvement is preferred. Exposure to AI API integrations, workflow automation, and agent-based solutions is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly, participate in client discussions, and guide other developers when required.
