Manisha Purohit

Manisha Purohit is a Product Consultant at Technource, a custom software and AI
development company based in Ahmedabad, India.

Manisha has worked in IT for over 10 years, much of it alongside founders and product
owners. At Technource she works with early-stage teams from the first idea through
scoping and launch, keeping priorities and expectations aligned along the way.

Her focus is MVP Development. She asks founders to slow down at the start: prove the
idea works with a proof of concept, test the experience with a prototype, and only then
build an MVP. Even then, she keeps the first version to the few features that test real
demand, and plans the rest for later releases.

Her industry focus is ecommerce and retail, including marketplaces and booking platforms, where founders need to launch fast and learn from real buyers. Ecommerce and marketplace projects in her area include Tojarcom,Bridgeo and Equipt. When an MVP proves itself, she helps plan the move to a full software product.
