Job Description

Technource is looking for a Mobile App Developer with hands-on experience in both native platforms (Android or iOS) and hybrid frameworks like Flutter or React Native. You’ll work on building user-centric, scalable, and high-performing mobile apps across industries. This role is ideal for someone who has 1–3 years of experience and is looking to sharpen their skills across mobile platforms while working in a structured, growth-oriented environment.

Describe Skill and Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development
Practical knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or native iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
Must have real-world experience in at least one hybrid framework — Flutter or React Native
Ability to integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, and manage local/offline storage
Good understanding of mobile app lifecycle, UI/UX standards, and performance optimization
Familiarity with publishing apps to Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store
Experience with version control tools like Git
Exposure to Firebase, Push Notifications, App Permissions, and Crashlytics is a plus
Ability to work in Agile Scrum teams, follow task estimations, and meet delivery timelines
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn & grow across mobile stacks
Excellent collaboration, presentation, and professional English communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and global clients.
