Technource is looking for an HR Executive (Mid-Level or Senior) who can independently manage both technical recruitment and core HR operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of software development roles and hiring pipelines. This role requires balancing recruitment efforts with day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring smooth people operations and helping build a performance-driven culture.

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment for roles like Developers (Laravel, Node.js, React, Flutter), QA, BAs, Designers, Project Managers, etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, development frameworks, and skill-based screening
  • Experience with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, and employee referrals
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer rollout
  • Involvement in general HR activities: onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, performance tracking, leave management, etc.
  • Exposure to HR policies, employee documentation, and compliance (PF/ESIC/PT, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams
  • Strong follow-up, reporting, and documentation habits
  • Ability to multitask across recruitment and HR operations, especially in a fast-paced IT services environment
