  • Project planning and control in scrum framework
  • Planning and implementing architectural decisions by ownself or in coordination with Technical Leads
  • Working independently and within a team on code development, code review and modest day-to-day support duties
  • Project Status reporting and defining deliverables
  • Documentation and analysis of project concerns or updates
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet the daily target of deliverables
  • Efficiently manage client expectations through communication with clients and team
  • Manage resource allocation, task assignment, and risk mitigation to achieve project objectives
  • Effort estimation for client project requirements
  • Database Knowledge –MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL; Handson experience required in DB designing, optimization etc.
  • Experience on Docker/Kubernetes, GIT and implementing CI/CD.
  • Handson experience of developing on a couple of or more technologies from PHP, Js, Python, Java, .NET etc.
  • Experience with project management tools like – Jira, Trello, Asana etc.
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Written and verbal English communication skills
  • 2+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager.
