Graduation required. Salary: Up to 4.80 LPA (No Bar for right candidate) Job Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad   Job Description:    
  • Proactively monitors project status and communicates with stakeholders, team, and management about potential scope changes and other issues
  • Genuinely enjoys interacting with clients and are kind, patient and respectful in all communication with them.
  • Comfortable in running meetings: creating agendas, taking notes, directing conversations and discussing budgets, timelines, and tasks
  • Embraces using data to identify risks and opportunities when defining project requirements.
  • Understand requirements; prepare proper documentation with the help of pre-sales team and estimate efforts for pre-sales and post sales phases.
  • Coordinate with HR & other management for overall performance issues of team members
  • Fit into the role of Scrum Master.
