Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Screen incoming resumes and Job applications.
  • Call and perform an initial screening of the candidate by understanding their capabilities, skills, experience, mindset, communication, etc.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up on the interview schedules.
  • Building a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels viz. Web Portals, Professional and Social Networking sites.
  • Identify potential candidates through headhunting, networking, and references.
  • Reporting
  • Perform general clerical duties which include but are not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing.
  • Answer & attend to all calls and redirect to relevant staff members, taking messages and assembling mailing.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, and stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones,  etc.
  • Assist in special events, such as company activities, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
  • Possess a good working attitude & have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
